Politeknik Elektronika Negeri Surabaya EEPIS-Online, Today(10/10) Toyohashi University Japan held special lecture at EEPIS. Located at theatre Prof. Naoki Uchiyama give elaboration by theme "Energy Saving Control For Industrial Machine".
The lecture starting from 09 a.m explained about the research of Prof. Uchiyama regarding the energy efficiency. Global warming was the issue which stolen Uchiyama attention conducted the research.
"Exhausting of resources, incremental human demands, worsening condition of environment made me try to contribute. Industries should applied energy saving technology to decrease the energy consumption." said Prof. Naoki Uchiyama.
Without reducing industry quality, the research of energy saving control by Prof. Uchiyama, it is about 30% energy can be reduced. This is one of positive solution to combat global warming.!["IMG_3255A.jpg"]("http://www.eepis-its.edu/folder_images/2011/IMG_3255A.jpg")
According to global issue right now, he said that the most important is our human resource. When human care to environment, they know how to keep and optimize them. So that is why this research is one of way to save the nature.
"The important thing for industry is stability electricity available, and the implementation of environmentally care technology without reducing the products quality." Prof. Uchiyama adds.
The event that was attended by EEPIS academic, TCTP 2011 participants and professors of Toyohashi run well. All participants seemed to enjoy the lecture.
Moreover, Toyohashi University is not only giving the special lecture. They are also informed to EEPIS about master scholarship in their institution.
The scholarship is coming from Japan Government. Funds are including the tuition fee, living cost, and accommodation. On this master program, students must not use Japanese language since the lecture is in English. By sending academic transcript and lecturer recommendation, student is able to apply.(dip/mel)
