EEPIS-Online(29/10), Today at PENS D4 Building Courtroom, TCTP event officially closed. E-learning and Mobile application training which involving participants from third countries in the world has been going on for a month ago. This event officially closed by Ir. Dadet Pramadhianto, M.Eng., Ph.D.
The participant also the committee of this event had joined this last moment. In closing TCTP this year, PENS gave reward for 2012 TCTP participant which divided into 2 categories. For the Best Participant the award was given to Fernando Sujith,participant from Sri lanka and for the Best Project was given to Yahya La Alatawneh from Palestine and Phin Sok from Cambodia.
Fernando never thought that he would get the award. " I m surprised, I felt like I m doing nothing here, I only do the best during the training," said Fernando.
Amang Sudarsono, Ph.D. as the OC Chairman stated that the award assessment of the participants is based on their daily lives during the training. "Including activity in the forum, the quality of the resulting project, until familiarity among the participants," he said.
Before leaving this country, the participant also give last souvenir for PENS. Phin Sok, participant from Cambodia gave a small Buddha statue as the merchandise. Fernando also gave pictorial wall hangings of traditional Sri Lankan culture as the merchandise.
After the event, they all expressed gratitude for the cooperation in organizing this beneficial training program. Dadet also hope, even the training is closed the relation between both sides were able to keep in touch-gathering and sharing information. Because according to him, space is not the only the obstacle in establish communication. Hope that the next TCTP will be better and capable of producing works of new technologies in the world.
