He earned a Bachelor's degree from the Department of Informatics Engineering at the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, Surabaya in 1997. He continued his doctoral studies and received his PhD from the Graduate School of Media and Governance, Keio University, Japan, in 2011. Since 2001, he has worked at the Electronics Polytechnic Surabaya State (PENS) at the Department of Informatics and Computer Engineering. Currently he serves as the director of PENS. His track record includes being the program chair for the annual International Electronics Symposium (IES). Since 2012, he has served as program chair for the annual joint conference on Knowledge Creation and Intelligent Computing (KCIC). His research interests are Clustering, Intelligent Computing, Semantic Image Retrieval, Socio-Cultural Computing, Reinforcement Learning and Knowledge Engineering. He is also a member of the Knowledge Engineering Research Group at PENS. For scientific activities, and involved in several joint works and collaborative research with partner National and International institutions, not only that, he is often invited every year as a visiting researcher and visiting professor at Keio University.

Dr. Bambang Sumantri, ST, M.Sc.

Deputy Director for Academic Affairs

Deputy Director for Academic Affairs (Vice Director for Division I), studied S1 at the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology majoring in Electrical Engineering. After completing the S1 program, he then continued his Masters program at Petronas Universiti Teknologi in the same field, namely Electrical Engineering. He completed his doctoral program at Toyohashi University of Technology in the focus of his field of interest is mechanical. The research fields that are occupied include; Control Systems, Robotics, and Industrial Electronics. He is currently active as an educator in the Electronic Engineering Study Program, Department of Electrical Engineering, State Electronics Polytechnic Surabaya.

Tri Harsono, S.Si., M.Kom., Ph.D.

Deputy Director for General Affairs and Finance

He studied S1 majoring in Mathematics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, continued his master's education at Informatics Engineering, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology. The doctoral program was resumed at Saga University, Japan, majoring in Computer Science. Has been the head of the Department of Information and Computer Engineering at PENS since 2 and currently serves as Deputy Director for General Affairs and Finance (Vice Director for field II). The research carried out focuses on modeling and simulation. In the courses taught, the focus of teaching is on Mathematics, Statistics and Probability as well as Modeling and Simulation.

Dr. Tri Budi Santoso, ST, MT

Dr. Tri Budi Santoso, studied at the S1 level of Engineering Physics at the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, then continued the Master's Degree program at the Electrical Engineering Department of the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology. In the highest education program, doctoral doctorate, taken at the Electrical Engineering Institute of Technology Sepuluh Nopember. He currently serves as Deputy Director for Student Affairs and Human Resources (Vice Director III) and is also active as a lecturer in the Telecommunications study program at the Department of Electrical Engineering, State Electronics Polytechnic, Surabaya. The research currently being undertaken includes several fields including; Telecommunication and Digital Signal Processing.

Amang Sudarsono, ST, Ph.D

Assistant Director for Cooperation and Technology

Assistant Director for Cooperation and Technology, completing a doctoral program at Okayama University, Japan; Graduate School of Information Science (GSIS), Tohoku University, Japan; and the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) Surabaya, Indonesia. Have work experience as a Network Engineer in the Network Engineering Division, Metro Cellular Nusantara, Ltd., Surabaya, Indonesia. His current field of research is network & information security, as well as cryptography. Become an active lecturer at the Department of Information and Computer Engineering at the Electronic Engineering Polytechnic Institute of Surabaya.
