BACHELOR IN APPLIED INFORMATION ENGINEERING

Beginning in 2000, PENS accepted D3 students from the Information Technology Study Program through the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education No. 244/DIKTI/Kep/2000 on July 27, 2000. And in 2003 PENS accepted students for the D4 level (4 years) Information Technology Study Program through the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education No. 2840/D/T/2005. And in line with the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education No. 163/DIKTI/Kep/2007 concerning Arrangement and Codification of Study Programs in Higher Education, since 2009 the Information Technology Study Program has changed its name to the Information Technology Study Program. The D4 Informatics Engineering Study Program annually accepts 60 students (2 classes).

VISION:

To become the Center of Excellence for Engineering Technology education in the field of Emerging technology related to the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on a national and international scale

MISSION:

In order to realize the vision mentioned above, and in accordance with the EEPIS Mission which was later formulated into the Mission of the Informatics Engineering D4 Study Program, the following are the missions carried out by the Informatics Engineering D4 Study Program:

  1. Organizing the educational process by providing a quality academic environment and atmosphere to become a center for producing superior professionals in the field of information technology, especially in the field of information systems and databases, software engineering both on desktop, web and mobile devices and computer networks who are open-minded, creative and spirit of a leader who is ready to compete in the global era.
  2. Actively organizes applied research activities in the field of information technology that produce innovative works to solve problems in the field of information technology.
  3. Actively utilize the results of education and research in the field of information technology to carry out community service activities and industry.
  4. Take an active role in developing and implementing academic and social ethical moral values
