ABSTRAK
Kelebihan sebuah layanan informasi terletak pada kemudahan dalam pengaksesannya. Layanan informasi yang bisa diakses lewat pesawat telepon telah lama dikenal oleh masyarakat. Dialogic card D/4PCIU yang berfungsi sebagai interface antara pesawat telepon DTMF dengan personal komputer dapat diaplikasikan untuk membuat layanan informasi yang bisa diakses lewat pesawat telepon. Simulasi kerja sistem terdiri dari PABX, pesawat telepon DTMF, serta Dialogic Card yang terpasang pada personal computer. Dialogic Card berisi informasi sedangkan pesawat telepon DTMF yang merupakan nomor extensi dari PABX berfungsi untuk menyuarakan informasi dalam digit suara. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini merupakan layanan informasi BAAK PENS-ITS yang bisa diakses lewat telepon.
Pada aplikasi ini untuk wtring rata-rata delay sampai dengan off hook adalah sebesar 3.198 detik. Rekaman suara menggunakan Multi Trade Voice dengan format ADPCM 8Khz karena memiliki kualitas suara yang lebih jernih. Untuk akses database rata-rata waktu yang diperlukan untuk mengakses satu informasi adalah sebesar 1.939 detik. Sistem informasi ini dapat diinterupsi tetapi membutuhkan waktu rata-rata 31.41 detik. Aplikasi ini juga dapat akses lewat 4 channel karena tidak menggunakan sistem hunting. Nomor channel server adalah 101, 102, 103, dan 104.

ABSTRACT
The benefit of an information services is on this easily access. Information services which can be accessed via telephone more popular in our society. Dialogic Card D/4 PCI-U is an interface between DTMF telephone with personal computer and able to application to make information services accessed by telephone. Work system simulation consisted of PABX, DTMF telephone, and Dialogic Card placed in a personal computer. Dialogic Card consisted of information, and DTMF telephone which is extention number of PABX are used to make an information in voice digit. BAAK–PENS information service are result of this final project that can be accessed by telephone.
On this application, delay until off hook is about 3.198 second on wtring. Voice record use Multi Trade Voice with ADPCM 8KHz form because it have good quality and clearly then another. The time that needed to access database is 1.939 second for one information. This information system can be interupted and the time that needed for it is 31.41 second. Other that this application have 4 channel of server to access but without hunting system . The number of server are 101, 102, 103 and 104
