The development telecomunication and information technology is very easy to access information nowdays. The one of this information use telephony (call center). This information service give easiness to get information as fast as posibble and can be accessed any where and any time.
This final project is made a Call Center Aplication of hostpital that is aplication from Wildcard Asterisk TDM400P. WildCard TDM 400 P is interface that connect PABX with PC. In this device will be made facility of unified messange. Unified Message is one stop shoping for any can of messange including voip( asterisk technology),email and faximille and others device that is received by user. PABX is telephone central, DTMF Telephone is access device and server PC is controller of asterisk, database, web and email server.When caller call server , caller will receive voice guide from server to determine information that calller press DTMF digit. And information can be accessed from mobile phone using WAP Technology.
In the end of project, is implemented information data collection that can be accessed around all hospital facillities containing UGD, Radiology, Farmasi Instalasi, Operation Room, Intensive Care Unit, Hemodialisis, etc.After implementation iformation data is saved in database MySql using text form. The Next is setting PABX, Php programing for making of email sending form that can be connected to database.Astersik configuration for voip connection, and fax configuration in asterisk for sending via fax.
The making of the call center is expected to registes patient and unregister patient to acces information in hospital community easily fast and cheaply.
